They have a power that makes it so that anybody who sees them sees them as their ideal person. A man might see them as a tall skinny blonde. Another man might see them as a stout person with a beard. Their clothes never really change so sometimes it's interesting and confusing for somebody who sees what they think is a man wearing a frilly dress. Despite their ever changing appearance they do have a one that pops out when nobody else is around. Their normal look that shows up when nobody is attracted to them is completely bald with very dark skin and golden eyes. They also look like they could probably blow over in the wind. They don't like this side of them though so they try not to be alone with themselves too much. the personality likes (four plus) - flirting - modern technology - video games - confusing people - smoking - fashion dislikes (four plus) - being insulted - their actual appearance - asexuals - children - police strengths (two plus) - manipulation - cunning weaknesses (two plus) - not physically strong - very conceited dreams (one plus) - to permanently get rid of their real form fears (one plus) - being left alone forever overall personality oo Literally the biggest flirt ever, Aph would flirt with six different people at one time. They would also never kiss a single one of those six people and would probably scoff if anybody ever tried to get their number. Of course if Aphrodite managed to get close enough to those six people they wouldn't have a problem with dating them at the same time as they are very open to different types of relationships. Of course there is one type of person they hate meeting. Asexuals. Not for any prejudiced reasons, but because they are some of the few people that can actually see what they look like aside from them, which they hate. Aph thinks that because everybody sees them as their most beautiful ideal and they gets to see what everybody else sees them and she likes to see that too. So yea despite their self esteem and romance issues Aphro is interesting to be around. If you really want to make fast friends with them one way to do it is to invite them over to play video games, or show them your computer, or literally any technology thing. Long story short Aphrodite loves technology and they'll love you for showing them even something they've seen a thousand times. Another thing they'll love you for is fashion. Things like cool new makeup and skirts and dresses and suits. Their sight also effects how they see theirself, so they hardly ever see their true form and can only see how they really look when they are completely alone. If they get hurt then people will want to help them. If they say to do something then people will feel compelled to do it. Of course this is only a small feeling in the back of said person's mind and not full blown mind control, but for most people this is enough. Unless the person is actively trying not to do what Lure wants them to, they are very strong willed, or it conflicts with something the person hates, then they will probably end up listening to the Lure. name oo heart strings control oo very well controlled usage oo while lure allows Aphrodite to persuade people, this allows them to physically control others. They have strings that they can deploy and if they manage to hit somebody with a string then their bodies become linked. This means that whatever Aphrodite does the other person does. They raise their arm then so does the other person. They also feel each other's pain so if one of them gets stabbed then both of them feel it. The strings can also be severed, but if they are severed against Aphrodite's wishes then both people will feel as if their heart has been cut out of their chest. the history parent oo sea foam siblings oo not really other important people oo most Greek gods overall history oo Aphrodite was born from sea foam in the ocean, or so the story goes. They don't really remember most of their earlier life, but they do remember quite a few instances of getting mad that somebody else was prettier than they were. There were quite a few people that Aphrodite had tried to have killed. That was their awkward teenage phase, as the humans might call it. They like to try and forget about the earlier years when they were constantly lusting for more power. As their countless followers diminished Aphrodite was forced to look inside themself and think as to whether or not they wanted to continue on the path they were going. They decided to disappear for a while. In that time they walked around the earth, mostly in isolation. They hated it. Their appearance without people around was kind of just a blank slate, and after seeing theirself in so many different attractive ways they realized that they didn't like the way that they actually looked. So Aphrodite took on many lifestyles. Usually they were just some sort of model. When people questioned them about why some people saw them one way and others saw them another way they disappeared and moved somewhere else. There must have been at least one instance of them living in every single country. They managed to learn a lot of languages doing this too. One thing that constantly amazed Aphrodite was the ever growing and evolving technologies. They loved playing games and kind of became a savant at them. They even ran their own arcade for a short time. Of course that didn't last long and they had to leave shortly after opening it. They were living in France when people started being rounded up to go to Paradise. Apparently the government noticed when a model can appear male to one person and female to another and thus they raided Aphrodite's home and shipped them off to the island.
