Private NPCs

These NPCs are user specific, meaning only certain people can use them. If you would like to use a NPC on this list, you MUST contact the creator/user for permission. These NPCs will be treated like an actual character in those regards, and using them without permission will be treated like power-playing and god-modding. You may make a single thread containing all NPCs for a character.
